When you register, you choose a subdomain (at least 3 characters; lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only). After email verification, your workspace is provisioned at yourclinic.ambergrin.com. Staff sign in on that URL — not the main marketing site.
Reserved names like www, admin, and api cannot be used.

Yes. Each clinic gets its own tenant database, separate from other clinics on the platform. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) with access controls on production systems. We do not sell patient or clinic data.

Yes. Add staff accounts in your workspace with role-based access. Each person signs in with their work email via OTP on your clinic subdomain.
Patient Desk supports branded PDF export, Ambergrin JSON export, and CSV import templates. Imported visits are tagged with provenance so you can trace where data came from.
After your 14-day trial, your clinic workspace continues on a ₹999/month subscription covering all five desks and your full team.
If you choose not to continue, your workspace enters a 90-day retention period with access limited to Patient Desk. During this time, you may review patient records and export your data in PDF, JSON, or CSV format. Full desk access is restored upon subscription.
