What is included in the 14-day free trial?
Full access to all five desks — Reception, Appointment, Doctors, Patient, and Financial — with no credit card required at signup. Your clinic gets an isolated workspace so you can run real workflows during the trial.
How much does Ambergrin cost after the trial?
₹999/month per clinic workspace. One subscription covers your whole team and all five desks. There are no per-user fees on the standard plan.
How does subdomain setup work?
When you register, you choose a subdomain (at least 3 characters; lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only). After email verification, your workspace is provisioned at yourclinic.ambergrin.com. Staff sign in on that URL — not the main marketing site.
Reserved names like www, admin, and api cannot be used.
How do I sign in if I already have a workspace?
Use Sign in on this site and enter the email registered to your clinic — we redirect you to yourclinic.ambergrin.com. Or go directly to your workspace URL and sign in with the email OTP sent to your inbox.
Is my clinic's data private and isolated?
Yes. Each clinic gets its own tenant database, separate from other clinics on the platform. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) with access controls on production systems. We do not sell patient or clinic data.

What SMS messages does Ambergrin send?
Ambergrin sends transactional SMS from Reception and Financial desks:
- Token confirmations when a patient is checked in
- Appointment reminders the day before a scheduled visit
These are operational messages tied to visits and billing — not marketing blasts.
Can I invite my receptionist, doctors, and billing staff?
Yes. Add staff accounts in your workspace with role-based access. Each person signs in with their work email via OTP on your clinic subdomain.
Can I export patient records or move data from another system?
Patient Desk supports branded PDF export, Ambergrin JSON export, and CSV import templates. Imported visits are tagged with provenance so you can trace where data came from.
What happens when my trial ends?
After your 14-day trial, your clinic workspace continues on a ₹999/month subscription covering all five desks and your full team.
If you choose not to continue, your workspace enters a 90-day retention period with access limited to Patient Desk. During this time, you may review patient records and export your data in PDF, JSON, or CSV format. Full desk access is restored upon subscription.
