Agreement

By creating an Ambergrin workspace or using our services at ambergrin.com, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accepting on behalf of a clinic or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

Service description

Ambergrin provides multi-tenant practice management software for dental clinics, including reception, appointment scheduling, doctor workflows, patient records, and financial billing. We offer a 14-day free trial, after which continued use requires a paid subscription at the then-current rate (currently ₹999/month per clinic workspace unless otherwise stated).

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure
• Ensure your team uses the platform in compliance with applicable healthcare, privacy, and professional regulations
• Obtain necessary patient consents for data you enter into Ambergrin
• Not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with other tenants

Subscription & billing

After the trial period, access may be limited until payment is received. Fees are billed per workspace unless a separate agreement applies. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Data ownership

You retain ownership of the clinical and business data you enter. We process it solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Upon termination, you may request export of your data where technically feasible.

Availability & disclaimers

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Ambergrin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for clinical decisions made using the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ambergrin's total liability arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate by closing the workspace or ceasing payment. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or non-payment. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
